Alzheimerʼs San Diego (ASD) is a local, independent nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive support for individuals and families affected by Alzheimerʼs. They provide caregiver support, community education, and clinical services throughout the San Diego area. ASD has a network of 200+ active volunteers.
We designed an integrated volunteer management platform that improved both usability and communication. The platform included a simple form for volunteers to log hours and case notes, an admin dashboard to track engagement and view metrics, and a centralized homepage for announcements and updates. This solution streamlined coordination and helped build a more connected, informed volunteer community at Alzheimer’s San Diego.
